Send 5 photos from your collection and we will carefully scan each one at 300dpi and 600dpi. In return you will receive a download link to the digitised files so you can see the quality of our work and compare the two resolutions.

Please supply your photos loose - i.e. not stuck together, not in albums or mounted on stiff material such as cardboard. Photos that don’t meet these requirements - including those on stiff paper such as Polaroids - will be scanned individually (see ‘Flat-Bed Scans’ for prices).
NOTE: We can only scan photos in a specific order if they are submitted in batches of the same image size - not mixed sizes. (You will be able to reorganise / rename images easily, once they are in digital format). Every image is given a unique ID and you can label batches or envelopes with a short title which we will append to each photo's ID.
Slides & Negatives: slides must be sent loose or in slide boxes and in their mounts. 35mm negatives should be sent in strips of 3 or more. NOTE: we accept larger negatives but currently do not scan negatives smaller than 35mm —such as 110 and APS.

To estimate the cost
Count your photos then refer to the price tables below. If you have a lot of photos you can get a rough idea of the cost by counting a small selection and using this to estimate the total. Don't worry about getting the exact number, our equipment counts images automatically. And since you don't pay until we've done the job, it's not critical.

No need to send payment at this stage. We'll generate an invoice once your order has been completed. When your digital images are ready, we'll send our invoice, which can be paid online via BACS (bank transfer), or you can opt to pay cash when collecting your digitised media. If you're unable to collect your order, we'll arrange for a reliable courier service to deliver it to you.
