How long before I can expect my Print to arrive?
Please allow 8/10 working days for delivery after payment is received. Deliveries can arrive at any time between 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange delivery to your work address. You are welcome to collect from our Buxton studio.
How do I know if my image is good enough to make a large print from?
We can make prints from any image you send us but please bear in mind that the better the quality of the original, the better quality your print will be. But don’t worry, if we feel your image is not of sufficient quality we will contact you before proceeding.
What Pictures can you make into Canvas Prints?
Any photograph, picture or artwork to which you own the copyright (or have obtained written permission from the copyright owner which permits us to print it in accordance with your order).
Are other sizes available?
Yes, as well as our standard sizes we offer a ‘made to measure’ service. Just let us know the size you want and we will calculate a price.
How do I send my pictures to you?
The most efficient way is by email. If your file is under 10MB in size simply attach it to an email and send to canvas@keithjones.net If your file is bigger than 10MB or if you are sending multiple images contact us first and we’ll send you easy to follow instructions. We also accept camera memory cards, USB memory sticks and CDs
Will I get my original picture/s back?
Original pictures will be returned. If you send pictures in frames we may have to remove these to ensure optimum results. However, the process does not damage the actual picture in any way. We return such media as Memory cards and USB memory sticks but not CDs (unless specifically asked to do so).
What if my picture is not in a digital format?
No problem. There are two things you can do: (1) Have the picture scanned (300 dpi minimum) and save in JPEG format. Or (2) send the original picture and we’ll scan it for you free of charge. Your picture will be returned to you with your print.
Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
Individual monitor settings vary, so we can’t guarantee this. However, we will endeavour to reproduce your photos in as near to perfect colours as is possible.
Can anything be done about blemishes, date stamps and red eye?
Unlike other companies we don’t charge for minor corrections - such as the removal of red-eye and date stamps. However, you MUST request this at the time of order. As for other unwanted items that might spoil an otherwise great picture (such as blemishes, untidy background, a lamp post that appears to be growing out of someone's head - or even unwanted people!), these are chargeable. How do I care for my Print?
To maintain and increase the lifespan of your Print, do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight, excessive heat or moisture. Prints are surprisingly robust and can be cleaned using a damp cloth.
Are my details safe?
Since 2001 we have been using PayPal to process payments. PayPal safeguard your information with Industry-leading fraud prevention technology. With PayPal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance all without sharing your financial details with the seller. It’s free to send money and to sign up for an account.

What is your policy on returned items?
Due to the bespoke nature of prints created from your own photographs or artwork, we can only accept returns if the goods are faulty or damaged in transit.
Damages
Full refunds will be made by keithjones.net for items lost or damaged in transit. You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
